The training course aimed at developing the professional and personal competencies of justice system employees has been successfully completed at the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel under the Ministry of Justice.
Throughout the course, participants strengthened their knowledge and practical skills in applying justice-related legislation, analytical thinking, systematic analysis of legal documents, developing and implementing managerial decisions, legal drafting techniques, effective use of information and communication technologies, professional ethics, prevention of corruption risks, performance discipline, as well as stress resilience and effective communication.
Upon successful completion of the training programme, participants were awarded certificates confirming their successful completion of the course.
