A trip to Bukhara was organised for the management and staff of the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel to promote domestic tourism, explore Uzbekistan’s rich historical and cultural heritage, and strengthen team cohesion.
Bringing together nearly 50 participants, the trip offered staff an opportunity to visit Bukhara’s historic sites and architectural monuments, deepening their knowledge of the city’s centuries-old history and its contribution to the development of science and culture.
The visit also helped participants gain a deeper appreciation of the distinctive features of Uzbekistan’s national architecture, the building traditions of past generations, and the importance of preserving cultural heritage.
Informal conversations and shared cultural activities further strengthened mutual respect, cooperation, and a sense of unity among colleagues.
The trip provided a meaningful leisure experience, broadened staff members’ cultural horizons, and left them with positive memories and renewed energy for their work.
